Siyathemba Sokutu is a distinguished legal practitioner with a Master of Business Administration degree from MANCOSA. Specializing in Public Procurement Law and Supply Chain Management, he brings extensive experience in drafting tender documents, contracts, and evaluating compliance of Bid Adjudication Committee reports. His expertise extends to researching and drafting legal opinions, delegations of authority, and terms of reference for committees. Additionally, he provides a range of legal services in corporate law, building and construction law, and corporate governance and compliance matters.
